HB Teapot

-With this project, I learned how to hollow out a solid, handbuilt form. I'm also learning to work with velvet underglazes.
-I came up with this concept in 10th grade, but it was my first clay project and I wasn't ambitious enough to attempt it.  I felt like I should be able to do it now that I'm in ceramics 2.
-The most obvious principle of design is movement.  The wrapping veins-mostly from the way I paint it- will hopefully allow the viewer to imagine blood coursing through the heart.
